Product Introduction
VF-151 and VF-161, both based on the U.S. Navy aircraft carrier Midway, operated F-4 fighter jets from the early 1970s to the mid-1980s. They used all types of F-4s throughout this period, from the early F-4B to the F-4N, F-4J, and F-4S.
The J-type was used from August 1977 to the end of 1980.
A new antenna, as seen on the later J-type, has been added.
The included decals reproduce the markings of three aircraft from both VF-151 and -161.
This product is a plastic model kit that requires assembly and painting.
Separate adhesives, tools, paints, etc. are required for assembly and painting.
