The item it self is nice but the way it has been shipped is just totally unacceptable. It is a fragile item yet it was shipped in a bit of pascking foam and a very cheasp jiffy bag. As a result the item arrived but was severely damaged. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AS IT'LL ARRIVE IN BAD CONDITION.
This has come with a big dent to the side. How I am supposed to give this my mum for her Christmas tree when it looks like this. The fact I lost my father is bad. But to give her something to help her through the tuff time that looks like this is heart breaking
Unfortunately the product arrived crushed and I could not deliver it because it was a gift! Such delicate products should not be packaged in simple bags but have a rigid packaging that protects them.
The item is exactly what it says it is, it is so beautiful, its a special gift for my mother in law, she is going to love it, going to order some dad ones now, for my other half and his sisters. 😭🥰🎄🎁
