It took me a while to figure out how to turn it on. The batteries were included as stated but it didn’t initially appear that way. The “on” position is midway on the toggle bar. Once I had it working I found it to be unreliable. It usually responds to a whistle but never a clap. It also goes off when the dog barks which makes him bark even more. I currently have it turned off and I’m not sure if I’ll try to use it again. Maybe I’ll try to figure out how to make it useful.
