Pointec, a German watch manufacturer that names its brands after historical airships and fighter planes, has established the brand BAUHAUS in 2019, in addition to ZEPPELIN and IRON ANNIE. Now, a new, higher-end model, Bauhaus Aviation, has been released from Bauhaus.
The 2770-3QZ is a large, easy-to-read, highly legible quartz chronograph watch with two sub-dials, inspired by the Tornado fighter jet operated by the German Air Force. A date calendar is subtly incorporated into the right-hand counter at the 3 o'clock position. The turquoise blue Arabic numerals and white hands stand out against the black dial, adding a modern touch.
