I understand your company's desire to save on shipping when you combine parcels, but why are you removing the second identical paid item from the combined parcel??? The tape was used, it only sticks to smooth trunks, it doesn't stick and doesn't hold on the crowns of not-so-young trees. I glued it on young apple trees, over time it flies off in the wind, although I wrapped it several times. So maybe it will work for someone. Personally, I am disappointed so far.

I did not receive this item at all, the packaging of the goods leaves much to be desired, the bags in which the goods are placed are very thin and unreliable, they can easily tear during loading and unloading, which is what happened to my item!

It's not entirely clear how to stick it. If you remove the film from both sides, it's difficult to stick it firmly. If you first remove the film from one side, then it's inconvenient to remove the top one later.
