The bag has a crease in the bottom and on the side panel that cannot be smoothed out. The hardware has different shades of gold. The bag was delivered in a completely different color than ordered. The quality is significantly worse than the bag shown. The bag is not made of genuine leather, as stated. I want a refund!!!!
