AKG C451B condenser microphone
The world standard for musical instrument microphones that combine excellent acoustic performance with high durability.
It is equipped with an extremely small diaphragm with excellent transient characteristics. The sharp sounds of starting up, such as hi-hats, drum tops, and acoustic guitars, are faithfully reproduced.
Tight cardioid directional characteristics that suppress the effects of background noise and accurately capture the target sound source.
The maximum sound pressure level has reached 135 dB, and even instruments with high sound pressure are clearly captured. It is also equipped with a pad that can be switched between 3 levels.
The compact and lightweight body allows free miking regardless of where it can be installed.
Equipped with a 3-stage switchable low-cut filter, the effects of floor noise are reduced.
By integrating the cartridge and preamplifier, the generation of noise due to poor contact is prevented, and reliability is greatly improved. The chassis is made of all-metal, which achieves high durability and reduces the effects of external noise.
Gold plating has been applied to the interior and connection terminals to prevent deterioration in sound quality due to aging.
