The series has surpassed 9 million copies sold (*)! The first season, which aired in July 2023, generated immense excitement with its vibrant and beautiful visuals, dramatic music, and the compelling performances of its talented voice cast, earning high praise both domestically and internationally and solidifying the popularity of "Watakon"!
In the second season, the conflict surrounding the "Usuiha blood" flowing through Miyo's veins enters a new phase, putting the two lovers' love to the test.
Will they be able to protect the happiness they hold in their hands? The TV anime begins airing in January 2025!

With a new staff and cast, the series promises even more beautiful visual expression than the first season!
The director will be Yudai Kubota, who has been active in a wide range of genres, from anime production to music video production, with a sharp perspective, and who also directed "Gloomy Bear" (director) and "ID:INVADED" (assistant director) since the first season. In addition, Masayuki Kojima, who has directed numerous works such as "Forest of Piano" and "Made in Abyss" during his long career of approximately 40 years, will be joining the team! The series composition will be handled by Ami Sato, who was in charge of the scenario for "D4DJ ALL Mix," and the character design will be handled by Sachiko Yasuda, who was in charge of character design for "Wasteful Days of High School Girls." The production will be handled by Kinema Citrus, which has worked on "Made in Abyss" and the "The Rising of the Shield Hero" series, and will vividly depict the complex intertwined human relationships and the intensifying "supernatural" battles! Furthermore, the stellar voice cast, including Reina Ueda as Miyo Saimori, Kaito Ishikawa as Kiyoka Kudou, Ryohei Kimura, Hiro Shimono, and Akira Ishida, will be reprising their roles! In addition, Nao Amamizu, the series' greatest enemy, will be voiced by Yuya Uchida, who primarily works on dubbing foreign dramas and movies!
