How to Use: Morning and evening, after cleansing, dispense an appropriate amount onto a cotton pad during the toner step and gently apply to the entire face. Especially on days when your skin is sensitive and dry, soaking a cotton pad with the product and using it like a pack will provide a soothing effect and a moisturizing sensation.
