• Open one sachet and apply the lower strip first, pressing it firmly to the teeth, then fold the excess behind the teeth.

• Apply the upper strip in the same way, ensuring full contact with the tooth surface.

• Insert and use the included UV/LED accelerator lamp as directed while wearing the strips.

• Leave on for up to 30 minutes, then remove strips and discard. Rinse mouth or brush gently if needed.

• For best results, avoid consuming strongly colored foods/drinks immediately after use.
