Directions for Use: It is most effective to take one tablet twice daily for 3 to 6 months. It is best to take it with water after a meal. Viviscal tablets are easy to swallow. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Take twice a day (once in the morning and once in the evening) with food and water. You may see results after about 3 months of the recommended dosage, but experts recommend taking the recommended dosage for 6 months to maintain thicker and fuller hair.
