The flaxseeds have also been gluten-free tested on a per-production batch basis. Flora Flaxseed Oil is GMO-Free Project certified to ensure the safest and highest quality oil possible. The seeds are pressed in state-of-the-art low-temperature, oxygen-free environments and then bottled in light-blocking amber glass jars to guarantee optimal nutritional value and freshness. One tablespoon of Flora Flaxseed Oil contains 7g of Omega-3 and 2g of Omega-6 Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs) for maintaining health.
Directions: Shake well before use. Take 1 tablespoon. Take up to 3 times a day. Keep refrigerated for optimal freshness. Consume within 2 months of opening. Flaxseed oil can be frozen to maintain freshness.
