Hot or Iced Latte: Mix 1-2 heaping tsp of Blume with a splash of boiling water. Slowly add 4-1 cup of frothed hot 'milk' or cold 'milk' with ice. Sweeten to taste (we like maple syrup). Stovetop: Add 1-2 heaping tsp of Blume to 2-1 cup of 'milk' in a small pot. Set the stove to low-medium heat and whisk constantly until it is frothed and steaming. Sweeten to taste.
