How to use:

After curling the eyelashes with an eyelash curler, apply lightly to the whole eyelashes.

Apply a brush to the base of the upper eyelashes, fix it for a few seconds while pushing it up, and then apply it to lift the eyelashes.

If you want to curl up more, use the eyelash curler even after the mascara is completely dry.
