BTS Bangtan Boys Arirang Album Set Europe Lucky Draw Jin Shu J-Hope

Packaging and delivery went very well. The description of the set was not correct because it was advertised as a whole set without missing parts but the photocard set which was also part of the gift was missing. Thanks to the JOOM support I was able to get a partial refund but I‘m still sad about the missing photocards. The items I‘ve got are still one of a kind and so will cherish them forever.

I did not receive the item like it’s pictured, different photo cards and different album, the signatures are also on different places as in the picture and I’m not sure if it’s even real, I will never order at this shop again, because I really have the feeling I got scammed! Nothing matches the pictures!

I’m absolutely in love with this purchase 😭💜 I ordered a BTS album set and it exceeded all my expectations! Everything arrived perfectly packaged, each album in flawless condition. You can really tell the seller cares about their products and customers.

Everything was perfect, it was shipped in less than a week and it only took 3 days to get to Madrid. The product was in really good condition and came with a free album! :) overall an awesome experience
