SP98 ROLLER EXERCISE WHEEL Double FITNESS Wheel

DOUBLE WHEEL EXERCISE ROLLER + MAT

An excellent double roller for exercise. Ideal for training the abdominal muscles, back, arms, and chest muscles. Perfect for both the gym and home use. The handle has a metal base and non-slip rubber grips.

Roller exercises are excellent for improving overall fitness. Very easy to use. If you're a beginner and aren't comfortable with the roller, you can move the handles and wheels slightly to the sides, making the whole thing more stable and the exercise easier.

How does it work?

Roller exercises involve moving the wheel forward on the floor - as far as possible - and then returning to the starting position. You can exercise while standing, sitting, or kneeling on your knees. To protect your knees from calluses, a special pad is included!
