Hello, Unfortunately, the product has serious quality issues and is not usable for its intended purpose. The crank handle is very loose on the shaft. The device is extremely hard to turn by hand. It produces very little airflow. A significant amount of air leaks out through poorly fitting parts of the housing instead of the outlet. Due to these quality problems, the product does not function properly. I would like to request a refund. Thank you for your assistance. BR, Ferenc

I ordered a 6 inch, 12 V, ventilator. I received an 8 inch 12 V ventilator and I realise now I would have needed a 4 inch ventilator. It was not clear that the size in inches refers to the diameter of the air tube. On the packaging box it mentioned the three sizes 4, 6 or 8 inches, but no size was checked. The box contained an 8 Inch ventilator. Unfortunately I cannot use the product and it is too expensive to send it back. Very disappointing.

It gave the impression on the listing and photograph that the pruning shears came complete with battery and charger and it did not. I would not have ordered it if I had know this

Its sad to not be able to use the phone. I will return the oled screen but the rest i can keep

Should there be a separate chuck with this item to hold the drill
