I am very disappointed with my bag as I ordered a light grey and received a brown one and could not get an email address to ask about it. also I could not submit the return button as it would not let me send it. It is such a shame as everything else I have ordered from you have been great just the bag as wanted the grey for holidays in the summer

The bag was well made. This is the one star. It is much smaller than expected. Seller says it is genuine leather and it is not genuine leather. This is false advertising. This is the first time I have ever given a negative rating to a seller. I would not have bought this product if I had known it was not genuine leather.

I eeally really love this purse and its the perfect size. Pne complain is that the leather smelled a bit but i believe thats because the package was in my mailbox in the heating sun for very long because the smell is gone now. The purse has 3 copartments which have a very good size. The bag is identical to the photo.

Very nice. As in the picture. I use it for work. Nice colour burgundy. Very pleased! Light-weight. Very happy about it. It arrived after 3 weeks, but was worth waiting! Love it!

The backpack it’s not like in the ad. In the ad it appears big enough for what I always need to carry wherever I go, nothing further from reality. However, can still be useful.
