This is a wired mouse with side buttons on both sides. This is a perfectly symmetrical mouse with side buttons. You can download the driver from the Sanwa Supply website to swap the left and right buttons and change their assignments. *By default, the left side is the "back" button and the right side is the "forward" button. The side buttons can be used regardless of whether you are right-handed or left-handed. You can use the "Back" and "Forward" buttons even on Macs, where they are normally unavailable.
