DEEP PENETRATING GRUNT 5L
Producer: I SEEPower: 5LRodzaj:Deep Penetrating GruntPerformance: for 50 m2 with 5L✔ High performance✔ Diffusion-open✔ Based on a special fine-particle dispersion that penetrates deeply into the surface and strengthens it✔ Strengthens the substrate, increases its mechanical strength and adhesion of subsequent layers✔ Excellent deep penetration of all and dusty absorbent substrates✔ Equalizes and reduces excessive substrate absorbency✔ Inhibits the wicking of soluble salts from the substrate – creates the so-called. barrier effect✔Water-resistant after curing
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Fast-drying agent based on a fine-particle acrylic dispersion, characterized by high penetration capability into mineral substrates and existing building coatings, especially those with a chalky substrate, such as resin paints and plasters (acrylic, silicone). Excellent for strengthening old surfaces before painting, wallpapering, tiling, and thermal insulation, as well as applying plasters and smooth finishes, pouring cement and anhydrite screeds. Effectively regulates and equalizes the absorbency of construction surfaces.
APPLICATION:✔ For outdoor and indoor use✔ As a reinforcing and absorbency-reducing layer for substrates under dispersion paints, wallpapers, plasters and putties, construction adhesives, primers and floor coverings✔ Can be applied to: concrete, traditional plasters, mineral surfaces, walls, plasterboards and wood-based panels, old paint coatings✔ Priming of absorbent and porous substrates (concrete, aerated concrete, cement boards, gypsum boards and plasterboards, gypsum plasters, cement plasters and cement-lime plasters);✔ Primer for paints, plasters, wallpapers, screeds, leveling and self-leveling floors, putties, adhesives, ceramic tiles, acrylic and mineral finishes;
UNIQUE FEATURES:✔ Perfectly levels out differences in the absorbency of mineral substrates and reduces absorption on porous surfaces of previously painted walls and facades. ✔ Effectively stabilizes the surface of the substrate, preparing it for painting, wallpapering, or laying ceramic tiles. ✔ Essential for preparing the substrate due to the photoerosion of facade coatings prone to chalking. ✔ Protects the substrate from the harmful effects of moisture. ✔ Increases adhesion to the surface.;✔ Creates a protective coating for screeds, facilitates maintenance and prevents dust accumulation.
COMPOSITION:✔ Water-dispersive✔ Based on fine-particle acrylic dispersionTECHNICAL DATA:✔ Consumption: from 0.1l/m2 to 0.5l/m2 (depending on the absorbency, porosity of the substrate and application technique)✔ Specific gravity: around 1kg/dm3✔Drying time: about 2 hours. (at 20°C temperature and 60% humidity, depending on the absorbency of the substrate and the thermal-humidity conditions)✔ Application temperature: from +5 to +30°C✔ Best before: 24 months
