・These forged pegs are made by heating round steel material to approximately 1100°C until it is red-hot, then rapidly crushing the cross-section into an elliptical shape with a force of about 1 ton. Applying strong pressure to the heated steel results in pegs with superior strength. ・Ordinary round pegs tend to spin in the ground, making them difficult to use, but the elliptical pegs provide excellent penetration even in hard ground mixed with gravel and stones. They grip firmly without spinning. ・The direction of the rope pull is designed with a thicker material for superior strength and resistance.
