Communication with Joom customer service seems to be one-way. One sends a message via a form and does not receive confirmation that they have received the message. We have 2 of these blue and red , watch out to notice there is a protective cellophane cover on the back black plexo glass strip . I say this as we accidently missed this and stuck the stand finger ring to it instead of the phone and my partner loslhis unfortunately wouldn't stick back on . But mine has a bit of glue solved the problem , the cases them self's are the best we've had ! They are light bright comfterple and rounded it's like owning a new phone

The product is low quality for its price and doesn't feel like a proper rugged case. The biggest issue is that the fingerprint sensor doesn't work with this case. I haven't had this problem with any other case. Because of this, it doesn't seem to be designed specifically for this phone, which makes the product listing misleading. I need refund

Looks heavy duty. There is nothing magnetic but the central metal would be attracted to an external magnet. I have been using it for some time now and can confirm that it is well made and protects the mobile well. The only negative aspect I find is that if you prop it up against something as you would in a video call it is slippery.

Ok product, nice design. I would give the product better review if it was more sturdy. For example the ring ( so you can hold the phone) could have been bigger so it doesn't flip over when you watching movies or other in the sofa. In my opinion the delivery took a bit long also.

This is actually the first 1 star review i write because it deserves, the porpoise of a case is to protect the camera, the lip of the case is way to short!! The camera are way bigger, if you put your phone on a table, your camera will get scrated, absolutely dog shit!!!

Well Packed, perfect fit and as described. Considering that it was shipped from Hong Kong it didn't take long to arrive to the destination country which is Malta. I'm very satisfied with this product which looks very durable. Will recommend seller for sure.
