Hardened Gear Wheel Plate 12B-1 (R1 3/4) Z-25 Waryński

Hardened gear disc 12B-1 (R1 3/4) Z-25 Waryński Universal sprocket with a hub with a bore for machining. According to chains of standard PN77/M-84168, DIN 8187, ISO 606

Increased abrasion resistance. Induction hardening of teeth makes the gears have a longer lifespan and be more resistant to wear. This process takes place under special supervision, ensuring ideal furnace parameters and coolant temperature.

Extended lifespan. This is due to the precision of the tooth profile, the pitch, and the pitch diameter, which allows the chain to work with the sprocket without unnecessary resistance. This prevents the rollers from wearing out and the chains from stretching and being damaged.

Increased resistance to cracking. All wheels were made of high-carbon steel. Very good cooperation with the Waryński chains. Precise and repeatable distances between the teeth cause the chain to fit perfectly on the sprocket, thus not damaging the chain.
