Scam alert. The product that I receive is completely different to the one that is advertise and the one that is indicated on the description. The quality of the product is extremely poor from coat to hand carry is false. There is no zippers, no logo or brand, the hubby is not adjustable, there are not 16 hidden pockets, this quality of product is not even waterproof or water resistant Complete scam. I am kindly asking for my refund

The jacket I bought is not the one I ordered. I bought the one that had 14 hidden pockets + 2 outer pockets that could be converted and fit into a bag, but I received the cheap, poor-quality copy with only 10 pockets and no bag. I have photos of the one I bought, but I don't think I need to send them because you should already have them in your files, even though it now appears as sold out. I await the sending of the jacket I bought. Thank you for your quick response.
