Product Description : : Transforms into a milky emulsion for a clean wash. Perfectly cleanses even waterproof makeup. Contains plant oils rich in omegas 3, 6, and 9 and vitamin E. How to Use : : Place a pump of cleansing oil in the palm of your hand. Gently massage onto your dry face. After 15 seconds of massaging, add a small amount of water to your hand and continue massaging. The water will emulsify the formula, turning it milky. Rinse your face clean and pat dry
