AVOID JOOM – A RETURNS NIGHTMARE I ordered £75 worth of party decorations from Joom, but they failed to arrive within the delivery period originally shown. As they were needed for a specific event, the late delivery made them completely useless. I followed Joom’s return process and paid an astonishing £44 to send everything back using tracked postage. Joom then refunded just one item worth £24.22 and declined the remaining £50.78, claiming I had used the “wrong return address”—despite me following the return information provided through their own process. I now have none of the products and am £94.78 out of pocket between the withheld refund and return postage. Their returns process is confusing, excessively expensive and seemingly designed to make obtaining a refund as difficult as possible. If different products needed to be sent to different addresses or in separate parcels, that should have been made unmistakably clear before I spent £44 returning them. Missing the stated delivery period was bad enough. Accepting the returned parcel, refunding one item and then refusing the others because of an alleged address issue is appalling customer service. Cheap products are not a bargain when returning them costs more than many of the items themselves—and you may still be denied your money afterwards. Avoid Joom. I certainly won’t purchase from them again.

The order arrived very fast, in about 25 days. Everything is working well, for such a low price. 2 modes: automatic with motion detection (works only in the dark) and continuous lighting. Also the brightness can be adjusted and device has a memory in that option, so with the next switchin on you dont have to do it again. Thanks to the seller for a good work!

This item was NOT DELIVERED to my address. I swear to this. I am please requesting a full refund as it is not right that I have paid 10 euros for NOTHING. I am very disappointed. 109 days are TOO LONG to wait. Thank you. Regards, Miriam Please reply to me as soon as possible before I write to Paypal.

Somehow not an impressive increase. I came quickly enough, but I expected a larger increase, I wanted to use it to view house numbers from the car and apartments at the entrance. In order not to run over them, but to immediately see ... but the increase is somewhat weak.

Works good! I have used it for making phone calls in my car and works good. The microphone is not of the best quality, but anyway the recipient could here me pretty well. Anyway, for transmitting sound via bluetooth or 3.5" jack works perfect.

The item I received was not this one on the photo. I received one that is not worth the amount I spent and it is cheap and I will not recommend anyone buying from this seller as both my items were wrong and I feel cheated.

Ordered June 25th arrived august 2nd. Took a long time to come but it really is a product of high quality. I could have ordered a size down but I am very satisfied with my purchase. I reccomend the seller 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
