I am absolutely really angry with this site It took me ages to navigate the refund offer and eventually found it but by then I was very confused and apparently ticked the wrong box I don't want an account with JOOM and I don't want to purchase another product from Zoo I want my $63 refund. You also had an email never use My email is julie.crowy7mail.com my address is 10 Red Bean Close Suffolk Park mobile 0459212232 I am an 83 year old pensioner and this whole experience is very unsettling Please rectify immediately Julie Crow

I purchased two electric nail filers. When I went to use it there was very little power so I recharged it. After it was recharged the wheel did not spin and had very little power. So I recharged it again with no results. The other one I purchased for my sister has power but it makes her nails very rough, not smooth like it how it was shown in the demonstration. Disappointed with this product. Thank you.

The arch support is very small and almost flat. It does not match your product photos. It offers hardly any support. Would like a refund please.
