An effective ally in the fight for thyroid health
L-tyrosine - together with iodine is a precursor of T3 and T4. Too low a tyrosine supply interferes with the production of weight gain hormones. Its deficiency can cause its dysfunction, for example in the form of hypothyroidism, which causes a number of serious complications.
Magnesium - helps the body to eliminate symptoms of thyroid deficiency. Magnesium, when combined with other supplements, can lower TSH levels, reduce thyroid damage, and even speed up the healing of thyroid tissue.
Ashwagandha - has a positive effect on hypothyroidism, especially in subclinical hypothyroidism. In addition, it supports thyroid function and increases thyroxine levels.. It can also stimulate T4 production.
Zinc - participates in the process of thyroid cell proliferation and affects the metabolism of thyroid hormones. It is a component of triodothyronine receptor proteins, and its deficiency affects the binding of this hormone, which leads to a violation of T3 levels.
Selenium is a component of enzymes involved in the production and distribution of thyroid hormones and "antioxidant" enzymes. A key component of the enzyme that converts T4 to T3 in the body. Without it, it is impossible to produce T3 in sufficient quantities.
Japanese Leaf Extract - Japanese leaf, also known as kelp, is known for its high content of natural iodine, which is used by the thyroid gland to synthesize two of the most important hormones, T3 and T4.. Iodine deficiency can also contribute to slow metabolism.
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxalo 5'-phosphorane P-5-P) - It needs the thyroid gland to effectively use iodine to produce hormones and increase magnesium absorption.
Vitamin B12 (methylocobalamin) - People with thyroid disease or autoimmune diseases such as Hashimoto's are at risk for vitamin B12 deficiency.
