ROVECTIN Intense Glow Oil, 30ml, 2 Units

Довго чекала, потім отримала не те що замовляла. Поверніть мені гроші!!! I am extremely disappointed and upset with the service provided by the MayBeauty store on Ayzeze. I waited a very long time for my order, but in the end I received the completely wrong item. Instead of the product I ordered, I received cuticle oil, which I did not order and absolutely do not need. What makes this even more painful is that there is a war happening in our country right now, and small purchases like these are little moments of joy that help people emotionally get through difficult times. And this is how you treat your customers — it is truly awful. I paid for a specific product, and I demand a full refund of €21.85 as soon as possible. Please confirm that you have received my complaint and inform me of the exact timeframe for the refund process. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to leave appropriate reviews and contact buyer protection services

I've purchased this cream before from other sellers. Not the same product, dries the skin out and thinner in consistency. I don't think it is a genuine product and I paid £54. Not happy. I would like a refund but the website isn't giving me an option to do this.

The store is amazing, they have great customer service, the package arrived undamaged, the product is original and the price is great, very satisfied with my order and will keep on ordering from this store

Thanks for the product the price is quite high but otherwise the product is really good and thanks for the essence mask gift! And I red your small letter it’s cute and nice!

I ordered this item from Canada almost one month ago. And now the delivery is delayed without any updates. It is not acceptable. I never order any items again.

The parcel was on the way for a while, but the lotion arrived well packaged and there was even a gift in the box!) thank you!) I am so happy)

They changed it to a bit different structure, but no matter what shortanomics do it is still better than any supermarket brand

It came quick, well packaged and 8n good condition, and i got a free gift, thank you, I'm satisfied with my purchase!
