I thought it was very cheap looking and it's going to take a while to flatten. I don't know if you can iron it on a low heat. I just hope it looks better in a a nice frame. Only it's a birthday present and she is fussy with things that don't look right

Item took a very long time to get here and was damaged upon arrival.... liquid had spilled out of the container into the packaging. Packaging was insufficient. A refund and/or replacement would be an acceptable form if refurbishment and apology

There was a small hole in the front. I can't easily get to the post office to teturn it. I've repaired it as best I could, but it should've been inspected more carefully before despatch. I shan't be ordering from you again.

There was 4 damaged lights, I have ordered 2 more boxes maybe you can wrap them in bubble wrap so they don't get damaged

Writing doesn't stay on because of gloss, even with permanent marker, but still a very sweet gift.
