Detailed usage guide:
• Fix the Desktop device (accessory ①) on a stable table.
• Install the fixed angle adjustment device (accessory ②) in the upper hole of the Desktop device (accessory ①)
• Connect the Rail pull rod (accessory ③) and the Hand-held fixed whetstone pulling and sharpening device (accessory ⑤).
• Use a wrench (accessory ④) to remove the positioning attachment from the Rail pull rod (accessory ③). Pass the Rail pull rod (attachment ③) through the ball of the fixed angle adjustment device (attachment ②), and then fix the positioning attachment.
• Select Whetstone according to tool requirements. Two whetstones can be mounted above and below the Hand-held fixed whetstone pulling and sharpening device (accessory ⑤) at the same time.
• Use a wrench (accessory ④) to loosen all the screws on the fixture, press and hold the button on the back of the Desktop device (accessory ①), and the fixture can be opened. Put the tool to be sharpened in the jig (please do not put the tool in the deepest part of the jig). After placing the tool, firstly tighten the three screws on the surface of the fixture, and then gently tighten the two small screws on the top of the fixture. (Because the thickness of the tool varies, the upper two screws are to keep the clamp from wobbling.)
• The fixed whetstone pulling and grinding device can be equipped with two whetstones with different meshes at the same time.
• Elastic splint, loosen the clamp screw, press and hold the switch on the back of the desktop fixture to open the clamp without breaking the clamp by hand.
• The sharpener body is made of metal, the main materials are aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, stainless steel and ABS plastic accessories. Therefore, it has good durability.
• Sharpen using the light push-and-pull sharpening method. (Arc sharpening method requires relative sharpening experience)
• Angle adjustment device allows setting any angle within a wide range.
• Carbon steel fisheye bearings ensure minimal sliding friction for increased durability.
• The fixed whetstone puller is a universal holder that accommodates whetstones up to 160 mm in length. There is a strong spring inside to keep the oil stone even and stable. And there is an adjustable rubber handle.
• Equipped with Allen key, suitable for the whole set of product work
• The size of the whetstone is 150*23*6 mm after being widened and thickened, and the size of the ABS plastic base of the whetstone is 156*24*4 mm. The ABS plastic base can better protect the whetstone from breaking.
