Dibangu 4 PCS Bow Tie Set for Men Business Formal Silk Self Bow Tie Boutonniere Pocket Square Cufflinks Set

This was a gift for a family member. I thought it would have been delivered in a presentation box...I wouldn't have minded paying a bit extra for that either, just would have made it so much nicer with Christmas coming up... Instead you just receive the item in a long see through plastic packaging. Not nice to present to someone for Christmas!!!...at least offer your customers a choice Joom!!!..

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! I received a completely different tie, without any of the extras listed in the product description. The returns, complaints, and refunds system doesn't work, even after registering on the site! This site is designed to extort money and should be reported as fraudulent!

Wrong item was delivered, no chance to contact the support. The order number is not accepted by the form and the app "live chat" option is not where it is being described in the help center. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

It's came 5 days late for my wedding ceremony. You told me that it came between 8 to 20 days. I'm so sorry that it came late. But thanks anyway.

Not really my style ...will keep to gift to someone who will suit it better ...but it is as described and looks like the advertised picture ...

This is not the tie I ordered, I was sent a red tie which doesn’t come close to the one I ordered. Not at all happy!!

As you will clearly see that Cufflinks are not the same and are not fit for purpose. Only fit for the rubbish bin. 😠👎

I picked up the ties 7254. While your company sent not the same ties which I prefered and picked up
