Very disappointed. I ordered a Barry.Wang tie, model N-5885, but received a tie labelled Hi-Tie. The colour is much more orange/copper than the cognac brown shown, and the fabric has a pronounced herringbone pattern instead of the smooth appearance in the photos. I paid £20.85 including delivery, and the item is not what I expected from the listing. I have requested a full refund. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this seller.

Sent me the wrong tie set, I have asked for a refund and they offered half a refund. I replied to their email but got a response saying you can't reply on email, it has to be through their website, however I cannot find anywhere to contact them, it all leads to dead ends. I originally only had ability to request a refund but there's no ability to continue the conversation.

Absolutely perfect for the money. A great package of tie, tie-pin, pocket square and a nice extra with the cuff links. I will soon be adding other colours.

Broach is broken. The tie is the wrong colour. The cufflinks are missing Very poor quality got scammed.will try to get refund

I received a ugly brooch instead what is showing in the website Worse than temu...

Not that type I odered. Thanks my Halloween costume's destroyed.

Looks just like the picture. Lovely product with a lovely color.
