Item is of very poor quality and design, it is too big and heavy which in turn hangs and pains the ear, apart from that the pastic quality is horrible and speaker sound is also not good, I'm sorry to say I've paid less on Joom for higher quality.

The sound is great but the ear piece is so flimsy it snaps, you get an extra one in the package but that snapped just as quickly. Thicken up the ear piece and they would be perfect, but they can't be used without the ear piece.
