The KT5000 is a dimming thermostat with a day/night timer. It has one output for PID temperature control of the heater, the other output for timer control. Day/Night PID Temperature Control
This dimming thermostat outlet can be set to two different temperatures thanks to its dual-time cycle setting function for 24 hours, depending on day and night. Temperature control range: 0~50℃, period: 0-24h/daily cycle timer.
For example, if you plug in a heat lamp, if you want to maintain the temperature of your terrarium at 20 degrees Celsius from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 22 degrees Celsius from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., simply set the daytime temperature to 20 degrees Celsius, the daytime start time to 8:00 a.m., the nighttime temperature to 22 degrees Celsius, and the nighttime start time to 5:00 p.m.
Time Delay Switch
This timer thermostat can be used as a time delay switch; two groups can be set for 24 hours. It can be used to control lighting, an oxygen pump, etc. Timer period: 0 to 24 hours/daily cycle timer.
For example, if you want the lights to turn on between 2:00 AM and 5:00 AM and between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM, and off at other times, simply set L1 FROM=2:00, L1 TO=5:00; L2 FROM=19:00, L2 TO=22:00.
This temperature controller can be used for aquariums, terrariums, reptiles, greenhouses, and other temperature-controlled systems for heating.
