The VELEBIT 2 ALU two-person tent is a compact tent with a classic igloo shape and a lightweight aluminum frame. Weighing just 2550g, it's perfect for those who are particularly concerned about weight.
Quick assembly with "click" buckles makes pitching much easier. Two entrances and two vestibules are a feature you'll appreciate on every trip. This feature significantly improves comfort: you can enter and exit the tent more easily, and you also have more space in the vestibules for organizing your belongings.
The flysheet and 5000mm h20 groundsheet will cope well with rainy days. A distinctive feature of the Velebit 2 ALU is its lightweight and durable aluminum frame, which helps reduce the tent's weight by 600 grams!
This makes a huge difference, especially if you like to carry the tent in your bike panniers or in a backpack for hiking. Unlike cheaper fiberglass frames, aluminum is not only lighter but also less susceptible to cracking and delamination, better withstands repeated folding, retains its properties even in low temperatures, and provides greater tent stability in strong winds.
The tent has 6 practical pockets (three on each wall) that facilitate storage and organization of various accessories. An additional shelf, the so-called "headliner," allows you to conveniently place a flashlight or other equipment.
The flysheet adjustment system, using convenient buckles, allows you to easily stretch it and adapt it to outdoor conditions. The VELEBIT 2 model elements are contained in several practical covers (including one main cover).
This allows you to share the weight of the tent between several people during a trip.
