Drying time depends on, among other things, the ambient temperature, air humidity and the density of the varnish used.

1. The surface must be thoroughly cleaned and degreased. Fill gaps, scratches, and irregularities with putty, then smooth the repaired surface with 400-grit dry sandpaper. Then apply several thin layers of primer.

2. Then smooth it with 800-grit sandpaper, and this time while wet.

3. The repaired element should be cleaned and degreased again. Please remember to leave a few minutes between applying subsequent coats.

4. About 30 minutes after applying the last coat of base coat, apply several coats of clear coat to the repaired area. Finally, we can remove the masking elements. After 24 hours and complete drying, the surface is ready for polishing.
