The fuselage, main wings, and other major parts are made of die-cast metal, providing substantial weight (approximately 700g). It is a pre-painted, semi-assembled model (comes with a screwdriver for assembly). No.1 features the basic paint scheme and characteristics of the Type 52 aircraft, while No.2 depicts the famous markings of the aircraft flown by Chief Petty Officer Iwamoto, believed to have been operated in Rabaul during that time (the two models differ in paint and details). Includes 2 pilot figures, display stand, and tools. Main features include: engine with detailed exhaust, removable cowl and drop tanks, retractable main landing gear and tail wheel, and adjustable propeller pitch angle.
