A carburetor is a fuel supply device that mixes gasoline and air and sends it into the engine. By mixing fuel and air, it burns at the ideal air-fuel ratio to produce power. Although fuel injection has become more common in recent years, vehicles equipped with carburetors are still in use. Some classic car enthusiasts prefer carburetor-equipped vehicles because they like the unique intake sound and feel that fuel injection systems lack.
Many motorcycle enthusiasts enjoy DIY maintenance and seasonal adjustments, and some prefer carburetors over fuel injection. However, if a motorcycle is left idle for a long period or has high mileage, impurities in the gasoline (dirt, dust, rust, etc.) can accumulate, clogging the jets and preventing the ideal air-fuel ratio from being maintained, leading to engine problems. If the motorcycle is running poorly even after adjustment, or if acceleration is sluggish and not smooth, a carburetor malfunction is likely the cause.
Carburetors, like other components, can malfunction or deteriorate with prolonged use. If the carburetor is still not running smoothly after cleaning, an overhaul may be necessary. Carburetor repair kits are designed to restore the carburetor to its original performance by replacing deteriorated parts. If the carburetor is still not running smoothly after cleaning, the diaphragm rubber may be the cause.
The overhaul kit includes a diaphragm, so you can use it with confidence. If there is a problem with the float, the float valve, which opens and closes according to the fuel level, will not close properly, causing gasoline to flow in and resulting in an overflow. To prevent overflow due to a faulty float valve seal, it is recommended to inspect and replace the float with a new one during the overhaul. After replacement, you will experience the smooth acceleration of an engine that is like new. To ensure a long and happy relationship with your beloved vehicle, we recommend the carburetor repair kit. All the necessary parts are included, so you can use it for an overhaul right away.

If the jet becomes clogged, the ideal air-fuel ratio cannot be maintained, which can cause engine malfunction.
If your bike is still not running smoothly even after adjusting the settings, and you experience sluggish acceleration instead of smooth acceleration, a carburetor malfunction is likely the cause.
Carburetors, too, can malfunction or deteriorate with prolonged use.
If the engine still doesn't run properly after cleaning the carburetor, an overhaul may be necessary.
