【Troubleshooting if the earphones do not operate properly】
Soft reset method: Place both left and right earphones into the charging case, close the lid, and wait for more than 10 seconds. The earphones will perform a soft reset.
If the issue persists:
- Delete the pairing history of MOMENTUM TW3 from your smartphone's Bluetooth settings.
- Uninstall the Smart Control app from your smartphone.
- Charge the earphones via cable.
- Restart your smartphone.
- Reinstall the Smart Control app.
- Pair the earphones with your smartphone.
- Once paired, launch the app and connect the earphones to the app.
If the problem still persists, reset to factory settings using the following methods:
MOMENTUM True Wireless 3 Factory Reset:
Method 1: Use the Smart Control app to restore to factory settings.
Method 2:
1. Turn off Bluetooth on your smartphone.
2. Remove one earphone from the charging case while leaving the other inside. Close the case.
3. Long press the touch panel of the removed earphone for about 10 seconds. The LED will flash alternately green and red.
4. Release the touch panel.
5. Return the earphone to the charging case and close the lid.
After about 20 seconds, both earphones will reset to factory settings and automatically pair with each other. The charging case LED will flash red and green three times.
