Invited to the world of "Luna Knights," a world identical to Gensokyo created by Sakuya's mistress "Remilia," Sakuya explores "Luna Knights" while searching for a way to escape. This game features Sakuya's unique ability to "manipulate time" and the exhilarating knife action of Sakuya's weapon. In addition, it incorporates the "graze" system unique to the "Touhou Project" into the action game, allowing players to recover HP and MP by getting as close as possible to enemies, making it a game where you can enjoy strategic battles. The bosses that Sakuya faces include popular characters from the Touhou Project, such as Reimu Hakurei and Marisa Kirisame, the protagonists of the Touhou Project, Remilia Scarlet, the vampire mistress of the Scarlet Devil Mansion, and her younger sister, Flandre Scarlet.
