I want to be with you. And go beyond that.
A refreshing, clear blue sky stretches out before me. The sea is equally blue, like two mirrors facing each other. A single white bridge extends across this blue, seemingly splitting it in two. Connected to one end of that bridge is the artificial school island, "Gokokan Academy." It's a boarding school where all students live in dormitories on the island, which might seem exclusive at first glance, but in reality, it's a newly established academy whose selling point is its free and liberal atmosphere. I, Seitaro Hato, will begin my new life here starting today.
With my belongings piled to the side, I lay down on the grass and sighed for what felt like the umpteenth time today. Looking back, I should have questioned it. The dormitory information sheet that came with my acceptance letter. I hadn't even applied for it, yet my dormitory assignment had already been decided. I was so overjoyed at being accepted that I didn't notice anything strange.
And today, following the instructions on the documents, I arrived at the "Kanan Women's Dormitory." Yes, a "women's" dormitory. Naturally, there was no way I, a man, could move in... I frantically contacted the office, but they said, "All the other dormitories are full."
The words I whispered vanished into empty space. Just then, I was suddenly called out to, and when I looked up, what I saw was...a girl with the warm sunlight on her back, her large ribbon swaying lightly across her chest.
