The CITIZEN PROMASTER BN0156-05E is a professional-style dive watch designed for scuba diving, outdoor activities, travel, and everyday wear.

Powered by CITIZEN’s Eco-Drive technology, the watch converts natural or artificial light into energy. It does not require regular disposable battery replacement and can operate for approximately six months after a full charge.

The watch meets ISO standards for diving watches and offers 200-meter water resistance for scuba diving. A one-way rotating bezel allows the wearer to monitor elapsed time while helping prevent accidental overestimation of the remaining dive time.

Large luminous hands and hour markers provide excellent visibility underwater and in dark environments. ### How to Use

Rotate the bezel counterclockwise until the zero marker aligns with the minute hand. 4. Read the bezel against the minute hand to check elapsed time. 5. After use in seawater, rinse the watch with fresh water and dry it thoroughly.

This model is suitable for scuba diving with air tanks but is not designed for saturation diving using helium-enriched gas.
