●It is said that the feeling of "deliciousness" is truly experienced when all five senses—taste, sight, smell, touch, and hearing—are in harmony. When we hear the word "delicious," we tend to think it's only about the taste perceived by the tongue, but there are experimental results that support this.
● "The sense that most strongly evokes the memory of 'delicious' is sight, accounting for over 80%, with taste accounting for only about 5%, followed by smell, touch, and hearing." Therefore, while taste is the perception of the five basic tastes—sweet, salty, sour, spicy, and bitter—it can be said that the feeling of "delicious" is primarily due to the five senses, centered on sight.
● Bone china is a type of porcelain containing bone ash, characterized by its warm, milky white color, smooth texture, and beautiful translucency. It was first produced in England in the mid-18th century, and Narumi Ceramics developed Japan's first bone china dinner set in 1956.
● NARUMI bone china uses frit glaze due to differences in its manufacturing process compared to other porcelains. Compared to lime glaze and talc glaze, bone china has a lower melting point, resulting in a smoother surface that reflects light more effectively, creating a beautiful luster.
●The silky sheen of bone china white enhances surrounding colors, making food taste even better.
●Furthermore, bone china, with its delicate form, excellent glaze penetration, and smooth texture, feels wonderfully soft to the touch. This subtle sensation stimulates our sense of touch and evokes a feeling of deliciousness.
●After carefully washing the dishes with a sponge, standing them upright allows water to drip easily due to the smoothness of the frit glaze, resulting in good drainage. From a physical standpoint, bone china is said to have greater bending strength, impact strength (depending on the shape), and translucency compared to hard porcelain.
●The Square White series was created in pursuit of "tableware that can be used." Anything you serve on it looks great; it's perfect for Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine.
●Its stackable design and high storage capacity, along with the wide range of items available, make it a favorite among professionals for its versatility in coordination.
●A small dinner plate, perfect for serving dishes. Suitable for Japanese, Western, Chinese, and even ethnic cuisine, it's a dish that beautifully showcases your food.
