How to use the product: Apply liberally 15 minutes before going outdoors. UV protection measures. Regularly use sunscreen with a broad spectrum SPF of 15 or higher. Other ways to block UV rays are as follows: Avoid outdoor activities during the day, especially between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Wear a long-sleeved shirt, long pants, a hat, and sunglasses. For infants younger than 6 months, consult a doctor. Reapply at least every two hours. If you swim or sweat, use waterproof sunscreen.
