Enriched with a Rice + Grain complex (Rice Bran Oil, Rice Bran Water, Rice Extract, Oat Meal Extract, and Job's Tears Seed Extract) alongside antioxidant-rich Sea Buckthorn Oil, this balm-to-oil-to-milk cleanser purifies skin while keeping it hydrated and never stripped.
