This gel-type water tint is moist and richly pigmented, with a soft jelly texture that maintains hydration for extended wear. It stains the lips vividly without clumping, even after multiple coats. How to use: 1. Adjust the amount of the content using the tip of the applicator. 2. Apply on the center of the lips and blend outwards for a natural gradation.
