Product Introduction
The third-generation Skyline, commonly known as the "Hakusuka," which debuted in 1968, saw the introduction of a two-door hardtop in the autumn of 1970.
The 70mm reduction in wheelbase compared to the preceding four-door sedan is said to have been for improved cornering performance during races, but it also significantly contributed to the styling.
The long-nose 2000GT series, in particular, contributed to enhancing the overall image of the Skyline, and sales, which were already on the rise thanks to the "Skyline of Love" advertising campaign, increased even further.
After releasing the Hakusuka four-cylinder sedan, light van, 2000GT series sedan, and 2000GT-R sedan, TLV has finally produced the two-door hardtop.
This model reproduces the early 1971 2000GT. It will be available in two colors: silver, the iconic color of the Hakusuka, and lavender metallic, known as a rare color.
This model is a masterpiece that was also produced in the early Tomica series. Enjoy this modern 1/64 scale Hakosuka hardtop, a commemorative model for Tomica's 55th anniversary.
Side mirrors are user-installed parts.
