This grater is made by skilled craftsmen using a chisel to create the gratings one by one by hand.Unlike machines, the grating width is wide, and the sharp, irregular teeth accurately capture the ingredients, preserving the moisture and flavor, and creating a delicious, smooth-feeling "grated" food.
The grated sashimi falls into the included tray. It has a draining net so the water drains off as soon as you grate it, allowing you to make delicious grated sashimi quickly with just this box grater.
